Executive home located on a private mountaintop with unobstructed views facing the Pacific and a lush green valley on the back side. This estate features a main house specifically for the owner's use of approximately 3,500 sq. ft ., a guest house of approximately 1,800 sq. ft ., outdoor kitchen and pool and a combination garage/staff quarters. The entire house is air conditioning. Each bedroom has his own private bathroom, private balcony with panoramic ocean views.

The main house is comprised of a master bedroom with a King size bed, a balcony, marble counter in bath, Jacuzzi tub. The vaulted ceiling living room has a large balcony overlooking the Pacific. There is a powder room.

There are 2 large guest suites, each with full bath with tub, shower, walk in closet, AC and ceiling fan. The upstairs has a private wrap around balcony and the downstairs one open out onto the pool/patio area. Each room has two custom made double beds. The house sleeps 10 guests maximum.

The villa is set on a one-acre property and it is surrounded by beautiful mature tropical gardens, just 150 meters (450 feet) from the beach. It is located one kilometer (0.6 mile) from the center of a small fisherman village where you will find an excellent grocery store, convenience stores, restaurants, boutiques, fishing and diving operators. The property is all fenced and secure. The immediate environment is rural with low density of construction and very quiet. Some of the nicest beaches of Costa Rica are located in our province called Guanacaste. The Liberia International airport is just 25 minutes away. The villa features seven tastefully decorated rooms with AC, private bathroom, and ceiling fans. Four bedrooms have a balcony and high cathedral ceilings built with local hardwood. The attractively furnished living/dining room is adjacent to an atrium that keeps the house fresh and comfortable at all times. The ceiling is 38 feet high. Free wireless internet.

You will enjoy the pool area surrounded by mature tropical plants and coconut trees, it is a great place to relax and share experiences on excursions. There is a good size swimming pool shared with six studios, many long chairs, and a “rancho” with a BBQ.We offer daily maid service and free laundry service and security at night.Villa del Sol was first known as a B&B. In 1998, the vocation was changed when we started to rent the villa as a private vacation rental. You can find references on us by consulting the travel guides.
