Casa Takara encapsulates elegant oriental design in a quaint and traditional Tico neighborhood. The living room and kitchen offer a unique view over the jungle treetops. The back door opens into a spacious enclosed patio area boasting a large swimming pool and ergonomically designed Jacuzzi. The upstairs master bedroom provides its own separate private bathroom and large bamboo king size bed. The double doors at the rear of the room open into an upstairs balcony overlooking the rear pool and Jacuzzi area. Both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms are constructed with slate tile and distinctive bathtub and shower designs.

Upstairs and downstairs of Casa Takara come equipped with Ipod compatible stereo systems. This home has been clearly designed with the intent that it might encourage the "free flow" of people coming and going. The wide access to the rear pool and Jacuzzi area and the open kitchen living room area all blend together. The kids could be in the pool swimming while being watched from the kitchen.

It is also worth noting that the upstairs bedroom has a separate access door through the laundry room. This allows an extra element of privacy for parents, or perhaps for those who might have invited guests staying in the downstairs bedrooms. At the end of the day as you are coming and going from Casa Takara you can always rest assured that your home and vehicle will be safe. The home has plenty of space for several cars and is enclosed with an electronic remote controlled gate. Security should never be a concern.

If you choose to leave the property for a stroll through the surrounding Tico neighborhood you will find yourself only minutes away from the local soccer field, a popular area for many of the locals. There is also a well stocked American style grocery store and a number of local "sodas" serving traditional Tico style food scattered along the road. As you exit the neighborhood, you find yourself standing by the famous Manuel Antonio thoroughfare; this hillside road weaves its way through the Manuel Antonio Hills under a tropical canopy of Monkey bridges and thick foliage. Along on either side you will find a huge selection up high quality restaurants and a healthy diversity of local night life.
